CI Relationship Upstream

CI Relationship Upstream iCube enables you to create ad hoc reports based on the relationship between various Applications or Business services and its underlying CIs (Configuration items).

For example, you can get insights into the number of impacted applications or business services due to an older version of an Oracle database.

Attribute Name	Description
Parent CI Name(Upstream)	Name of the parent configuration item in the upstream relationship. This parent configuration item can either be of class Application or Business Service. This can be configured to any other CI Class as per business requirements.
Parent CI Operational Status(Upstream)	Operational status of the parent configuration item in this upstream relationship. For example, Operational, Non-operational, Repair-in Progress, DR Standby, Ready, and Retired
Parent CI Class(Upstream)	Class of the parent configuration item in the upstream relationship
UpStream Relationship Level	Level of relationship between parent and child configuration items in this record
UpStream Path	Upstream relationship path between parent and child configuration items in this record
Child CI Name(Upstream)	Name of the child configuration item in the upstream relationship
Child CI Operational Status(Upstream)	Operational status of the child configuration item in this upstream relationship. For example, Operational, Non-operational, Repair-in Progress, DR Standby, Ready, and Retired
Child CI Class(Upstream)	Class of the child configuration item in the upstream relationship
